Frequently asked questions (FAQ) or Questions and Answers (Q&A), are listed questions and answers, all supposed to be commonly asked in some context, and pertaining to a particular topic. The format is commonly used on email mailing lists and other online forums, where certain common questions tend to recur.

Prices on this site are not provided, sellers from Korea are exposed on this site and deliver goods at a price that they themselves have indicated.
There is no minimum order amount. There are only some conditions with the seller, such as a minimum order of quantity (for example, from 5-10-50 pcs.)
All products are delivered directly by suppliers and we do not provide translation services, but some manufacturers already have inserts in some languages.
- Delivery is carried out in 2 ways through the EMC service and delivery through the Transport company. Suppliers are sent to the Kitems general warehouse, where the goods are packaged and transferred to the appropriate transport companies. See here for more details.
- Payment is possible in several ways PayPal, bank cards VISA, MasterCard, bank transfer SWIFT, money transfer Western Union.

All sellers are derivatives or distributors. You can get certificates by contacting the seller directly.

If the seller runs out of goods after ordering, then the buyer is offered a refund or replacement for a similar product.
Keep in mind that the sellers on the site are indigenous to South Korea and not many speak Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh and other languages, except if there is a Russian-speaking or owning your language. Even in English, the seller will not always be able to answer you.

You can request expiration dates directly from sellers, but we ask you to display goods only with fresh expiration dates of at least 2 years. If expired expiration is found, you can request a refund of the goods or goods.
We are the guarantor of the delivery of your goods between the Seller and the Buyer. All Sellers undergo Legal accreditation and if the ordered goods are not sent, we will refund your funds.
On the website, the rate is set by payment systems and adjusted depending on the dollar selling rate. The course may differ from the rate at your bank.
