South KoreaIt is floating bay salt saury seasoned with Sinan bay salt. The tidal flats in Shinan are a clean area designated as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO, and the sun-dried salt produced here is rich in minerals. I made delicious canned saury by seasoning it with sun-dried salt from Shinan Island, which is rich in minerals. It's delicious to eat wraps right out of the can, or to make kimchi stew with boiled saury or aged kimchi.
