For these reasons, it is important to protect the skin from the sun every day. "Soft sunscreen" from beplain is ideal for daily use with protection "SPF 50+ / PA ++++". SPF 50 means very high UVB protection, PA ++++ means extremely high UVA protection. For everyday use, SPF of at least 30 and PA +++ are recommended.
